Gate
Gate 14 — The Gate of Fueled Resources
Gate 14 in the Sacral center is a drive that supplies energy and skill when you are engaged in the right work.
Overview
Gate 14 is a source of fuel: the kind of energy that flows when you do work you care about. It is often associated with skill and resources, and it is happiest when it is aligned with the direction offered by its channel partner in the G center. The theme is that effort goes further when it follows love. When effort is directed at something that does not fit, the same energy can feel heavy.
Working with this gate
Pay attention to which work feels energizing and which drains you, and shift your hours toward what fuels you where you can. Ask yourself: What do I do that feels easy to others and light to me? Where am I spending energy on something I do not believe in?
Where Gate 14 sits
Gate 14 lives in the Sacral center and is part of the Centering circuit (Individual group). Its channel partner is Gate 2 (the 2-14 channel of the Beat). The gate counts as defined when a planet activates it in your chart; if Gate 2 is active as well, the channel forms and links your Sacral and G centers.
The six lines
Every gate has six lines that color how its theme is lived. Treat these as short reflections rather than rules; traditions describe the lines differently, and your whole chart matters more than any single line.
- Line 1: You build your skill step by step and feel secure when you know your craft thoroughly.
- Line 2: You have natural talent that shows itself when you are relaxed and doing what you enjoy.
- Line 3: You learn what works through experiments, and your resources go through cycles of ups and downs.
- Line 4: Opportunities and support come through people who see what you can do.
- Line 5: People look to you to deliver in practical ways, and your skill is tested in the real world.
- Line 6: With experience you become a model of how to apply energy wisely, and you may guide others toward their own work.
