Gate 42 — The Gate of Finishing Cycles

Gate 42 in the Sacral center is the drive to carry a process through its middle stage to a natural completion.

Overview

Gate 42 carries things through. After a beginning, there is a long middle in which energy dips, and this gate has the staying power to continue until the cycle is done. It values completion and finds satisfaction in finishing. Its challenge is that interruptions can leave it feeling incomplete, and that it may keep going out of habit after something has run its course.

Notice where you are in a cycle: starting, building or finishing. Let endings be real endings, and take a pause before beginning again. Ask: What is ready to be completed? Am I continuing because it is right, or because I do not want to admit it is over?

Where Gate 42 sits

Gate 42 lives in the Sacral center and is part of the Abstract circuit (Collective group). Its channel partner is Gate 53 (the 42-53 channel of Maturation). The gate counts as defined when a planet activates it in your chart; if Gate 53 is active as well, the channel forms and links your Sacral and Root centers.

The six lines
