What it is

Channel 20-34 connects Gate 20 (the present moment) in the Throat with Gate 34 (power) in the Sacral. It is the channel of charisma, a direct line between the Sacral's life-force energy and the voice and hands. It is also one of the channels that creates a Manifesting Generator.

How it tends to show up

People with this channel are often busy. You may prefer to be doing something, and you may speak or act with speed and energy. Others may find your presence captivating because you are engaged in what you are doing. The charisma tends to come from being absorbed rather than from trying to impress.

The channel also brings a need to respond before you act. When your Sacral says yes, the energy flows easily and can be impressive. When you move without a response, you may find yourself exhausted or frustrated.

If only Gate 20 or only Gate 34 is active in a chart, the channel is not formed and it does not link the Throat and Sacral centers. A lone gate like this is often called a hanging gate.
